Simpson Performance Products Firesuit Builder V1 (2008)
The MTO (made-to-order) Firesuit tool is an adaptation of the catalog ordering process. The 4 page printed form was causing confusion and required a representative to call each customer when the order came in to complete the order. The web app streamlined the process, eliminating confusion and increasing sales.
